Never stellar, billing and service problems abound since Exelon took over this company. Multiple problems turning service on and off; meters not being read; and customer service reps are untrained. I have had to go through multiple customer service reps to find one that can actually fix an issue and their first response is to blame the customer. This company needs to pull it together.
