We had to call for our furniture both times even though they told us they would call us when it was delivered to their store. We were promised our couch before Christmas but still haven’t received it 3 days after Christmas. When our dresser and bed frame was delivered they tracked mud into our new cream colored carpets then wiped it in with a dry cloth. My father in-law bought a recliner from them only 7 months ago and it already has a huge hole in it. The staff is very pleasant but I will not be going back to them again.
