I called Harris Propane and Services to complete a repair on my aging air-conditioning system. They did not disappoint. Their technician Sean was prompt, polite & professional. He completed the job efficiently and thoroughly. He did not leave until he made sure the entire system was working and we had the best possible outcome. Their fee was more than fair and they delivered exactly what was promised. I give Harris Services the highest recommendation possible.
They can to check out my water heater because the valve was not working. I paid $69.60 they charged me for coming out. Their estimate the replace a 40 gal water heater was over $1480. And they claimed it is because they give 1/2 price. I looked up the water heater price at home Depot is about $400. Why would I pay you $1,000 to install a water heater? Other licensed companies are charging $500 or less. I asked them to come out to the same house for an estimate on a couple radiators not working. They want to charge me another service. And said it is because I did accept the estimate they gave me and pay the $1480.00 for the job, I have to pay another service fee just for them to come to the same house to check out the heating system because the guys they sent the first time " were not specialized in heating, just plumbing". The lady from the office was very nasty. She said the only way she will send them out is if I accept the first estimate of $1480 and give them the job.. . Stay away from that company. They are ripping people off.
Serviceman Earl was very efficient and respectable, as well as the office staff. He addressed the issue, and even gave us information on other services as well. I would refer them to anyone looking for their services.
